Helping Anxious Patients Feel at Ease at Liberty Dental
What can you do to help me if I’m really nervous about the dentist?
We get it, dental anxiety is very real. At Liberty Dental Centre, we’ve created a “Comfort Menu” and offer sedation options like happy gas or sleep dentistry to make sure you feel completely relaxed.
Helping Anxious Patients Feel at Ease at Liberty Dental
Whether you’re a long-time local in Mount Waverley or just down the road in Wheelers Hill, we know that stepping into a dental clinic can feel a bit daunting for some. We believe that dental care shouldn’t be something you dread, which is why we’ve gone the extra mile to create a truly relaxing environment.
Dr. Freddy Sharoubim, one of our general dentists, explains the various ways we help our patients, both the nervous ones and the calm ones, feel right at home.
Our Comprehensive Approach to Patient Comfort
The Liberty Dental Comfort Menu
Whether you are anxious or not, you’ll be greeted with our Comfort Menu when you walk through our door. It includes noise-cancelling headphones, support pillows, blankets, lip balm, and stress balls. You can even kick back and watch Netflix during your appointment.
Nitrous Sedation (Happy Gas)
If you’re a bit nervous, you can have nitrous sedation, also known as happy gas. It puts you at ease through your appointment, and when the treatment is done, the effect is over.
Specialised Sleep Dentistry
For those who are more anxious or undergoing complex treatment like wisdom teeth or Dental Implants, we offer Sleep Dentistry. You can come into the practice, be put to sleep, and have all your treatment done while you are under.
Ready to Experience Stress-Free Dental Care?
You don’t have to let dental anxiety stand in the way of a healthy smile. We’re a family-run practice that genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being, combining the latest technology with a gentle, patient-first approach.
